I went to the dr Tuesday for my check up. And I got my second shingles vaccination the first shot I got 6 months ago and the second shot I got Tuesday both made my arm quit sore. It was worse than the Covid vaccine has any of you guys had a shingles vaccination and did it make your arm sore.

Had shingles shots 6 or 7 years ago can't remember but I don't think it was particularly painful

I had the shingle shot a few years ago, nothing that I can remember. The first two Covid shots were, O.K., the booster was a bugger. Sore arm and symptoms like Covid.

I think your sore arm came from catching all of those catfish, Mike. You got out of shape over the Winter. You should have hit the gym a few weeks before you went catfishing. You are getting older, ya know.

Yup Mike getting old can make ya a non-hacker if ya don’t stay in shape. Them one pound catfish are feisty and will make your arms hurt, a shot not so much 🤪

Ouch! Guys are brutal- maybe just jealous Mike.

My shingles shots a few years back did not affect me. First one had a little tenderness but second one did nothing. Take care and keep catching those fish.

I had shingles when I was 19 . Wasn’t painful but big blisters on my left chest and under my arm . I never did get a shot and I don’t think I will . What makes people think about getting that shot . Do you know someone who had shingles?

Billy, I had them like you when I was about 30. They were on my right side. I have had them twice more sense I was about 50. The last two were internal but hurt just as bad.

Had a great neighbor that suffered with them for about 10 years. It was painful to even see him struggle along. He finally passed away and his family was ever so great full that he was out of all his pain and suffering. That convinced me I never wanted them.
