I grew up in rural central florida joined the volunteer fire department when I was 16. in those days the fire department did it all. I joined the Orlando fire department and was there several years and was an officer when I left.
I ran a smaller fire department for a few years and moved to Wyoming where I established the arson and bomb investigation unit. We were very successful in Wyoming and brought our numbers from worst in the nation to one of the best. Did search and rescue for quite a while and had search trained dog.
After retiring from the state I sold furniture, was a company auditor, a security guard and site manager and have done my best to avoid anything that collects dues or has regular meetings
A jack of many trades. Nice to have you here smoky pig. Where in Wyoming? Just curious, have family in Etna
I live in Cheyenne, a fair piece from Etna. Driven through but never stopped there.
I like the name of Graywulff. Where do you live?
Not been to Cheyenne in a long time. I'm more of a mountain type person, but ya never know I might ask for a fishin' hole someday. 😀

Cortez, Co. Four corners area. It's small a bit off the grid, plenty of water to fish and mountains to breathe.
Gray for the hair Wulff, for Lee Wulff, old tyme fly fisherman and fly innovator.
Sounds like Heaven's doorstep.
Not quite but there are many worse places to be.
One of my favorite places to be.
I am thinking a 14 renegade fly.
Size 6 Muddler Minnow. There are bass, trout, bluegill, crappie, and yellow perch. Garden hackle also work well.
Welcome Smokypig from Alabama Bill
Garden hackles are handy and nicely available most of the time. This time of year they no longer draw a crowd.
They lose their charm around here.
