What's your favorite fillet knife?

Does anyone else use an electric knife, the past several years I've found I can get as good or real close of a cut as a Rapala. About all I fillet is Crappie so it may be different with other fish.

I use nothing but an electric knife on crappie, and most other fish water fish including catfish. I also use the electric knife on semi-bass shaped saltwater fish with tough scales like rock fish and greenling. I still like the Dexter for salmon and all species of flat fish including halibut. On trout I am still quicker and cleaner with the Dexter.
