A buddy and I went fishing. At the end of the day, while I was getting out of the boat, I groaned a little and he said that I was in my "golden years now". I said You're crazy!!!! Can't you tell the difference between gold and rust???? I could be a combination of rust and corrosion. LoL

That comes with years of experience migght be a good thing.
Get used to it. Your rust isn't going to get better with age. I'm falling apart myself. I had 2 surgeries last year. I'm scheduled for a knee replacement in January & last week I found I need cataract's removed from both eyes. Just don't let your rust get the best of you. It may slow you down but don't let it stop you. I fish at least 3 days a week & nothing, I hope, will keep me off the water. This winter I'll fish from a heated dock, but I'll fish. Age is an enemy to us all & in the end it'll win but I'll fight it.
WD 40 does not fix everything? Flipping young 60 today and I feel old age kicking in already. Growl more than moan and grown. Gotta keep going or lock up. Get outta the couch. Enjoy the outdoors!
My mama used to say, “first hundred years are the hardest” .... as usual she was right!

And you have a wife to pick the lint out of each of them. Wow
Wife just been my babysitter.
Makes me pick my own lint.

Thought maybe she would pick it save it and knit you a sweater. Oh well babysitter works. You'll not find one more caring I'd wager.
Never thought of changing.
Never will.
She is a nit picker sometimes.
But we all are at any given moment.
