I been looking at the weather report in bishop and all it shows is rain in the last resent days. PVR is always good in February lots of nice size trout. I don't know what the weather will be like by then, but for now all should be clear.

Thanks, I was thinking about driving up for the weekend,I usually fish June Lake loop area and a few other spots up there, but have never fished pleasant Valley. Everything else but the river is closed.

Take your bass gear good bass fishing in the river Smallmouth and largemouth.

Timer, PVR is open all year like some sections of the Owens river.
Also I THINK lower bishop creek is open all year and independence creek with restrictions. Please read the DF and G rules and let me know. The rhetoric in the language is difficult for me to understand.

log on to Ken's Sporting Goods, Bridgeport CA. Or call the store. They send out regular email reports on fishing and weather for the Eastern Sierra lakes and reservoirs.
