I like to wish everyone a Happy Holiday. We are usually down on the Gulf this time of the year, but it didn't happen this year and I'm missing it already. Too many uncertainties with our health. Last year we came back early because Marion was so uncomfortable and this year we made reservations but didn't think it would be a good idea to go. We were able to get our paid-in-full reservation back. Which is a good thing.

Borrowing from someone's earlier post, as it seems to suit me well on several levels ! The 'Laugh or Croak' comment is especially accurate
(being a 'Frog', myself), as I've
always maintained that a sense
of humor is truly vital to survival in
this day and age !
Looks like 2022 will be the year
when the 'light at the end of the tunnel' will be just that, and not another train about to run my
tired, raggedy old a** over once
again ! Due to this year's COLA increase and landing my HUD-subsidized apartment, finances
have improved to the point
where I will finally be able to
dig myself out of a nearly two-decades-old rut ! This will TRULY
be a HAPPY NEW YEAR !
Hoping and wishing that all my
Stage 'family' (and their own
extended families) have a
Happy, Healthy and Prosperous
New Year to come, and that we
will all still be here this time
next year ! Best Wishes to
everyone for the coming new year !
