66 today. Looked at the forecast and we are expecting snow next Sunday. I’m sure it’ll change though. We barely get any snow like we did when we lived in Michigan. Miss those snows.

I don’t mind a little Catfish but that sounds like it would be a pain. We’re supposed to get a little this morning then turn to rain. Good luck with the plowing

We’ve had about 20 inches in the past three days but the wind is making some nice drifts about 5 foot deep. Our driveway is 700 feet and I’m plowing it every 30 minutes or so to be able to get in and out with my two pickups chained up on all four wheels. I’ve got a 3/4 Chevy 4x4 and a 1 ton Chevy dually 4x4 and I’m needing them. I have chains all the way around on my 4 wheeler with a snow plow on it and Bobcat skid steer chained up. Been putting them al to work keeping things open. We’ve got 3 feet of new snow and 7 foot drifts at the lodge on the elk ranch I work on and keeping that road open with a bull dozer so far. It’s been enjoyable. 😂

Sounds like a challenge just keeping up with the wind and associated drifting.
Layer up and stay warm and safe.

My main lake is not looking good. One of ice, 3 feet of snow and 4 inches of slush under the snow. Perchfishing might be out for me this year. 🤬
Yikes...that is a bad combination for forming "good ice"! All that snow coming too soon is a bugger. Hopefully somehow things will set up well at some point and the ice will be able to get back on a normal scenario for you! Sounds like the routine snowfalls have been keeping you very busy!
Send some south to us we can use it in NM
Getting cold here in NJ now. 33* Gutter cleaners were supposed to come today, not sure now. I'm not boiling pots of water for them, that's for sure!
20 degrees for a high today, I have 2.5 -3” of snow already. My girlfriend lives near Seattle (Bothell) we got an easy 6” of snow yesterday. It’s supposed to be in the teens for the next few day here in Bothell and colder on the my side of the cascades.

How many people are getting the entire winter allotment of snow and wind in three days? Is it just us? Lol Should be green around here next summer 👍
Got 10” here yesterday. Temps at -8 last night. Plowing on an arc when it is below zero is not as fun as fishing, but it’s got to be done.👍

We are getting a little and more to come here if the weather man is correct. Got about a foot round here, so I’ve been shoveling and plowing myself. Not complaining, last year didn’t get much at all, had to buy Hay to feed the horses in the Summer. No water to irrigate the pasture so that made it Tough. Hopefully we get some more so that don’t happen again!
All I know is the forecast at 0700 thus morning g said high of 54*. Hasn't gone above 34 all day, and we got a snow shower about 1100. Now I sure can't complain about the snow, but can't they at least get close when they guess?
I see that I put inches. I actually have 3’ as of yesterday. Today couldn’t be more beautiful, crystal blue skies.
