I have been out to a couple of piers and beaches, caught a fee black drum, nothing big 12"-12.5" . any suggestion on location, time of day, bait, lures, etc.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Welcome to the Forum, PP. I love that area around the Peshtigo/Marinette area. I ran out of gas fishing salmon out in the Bay. We were catching so many salmon that I didn't pay any attention to the gas gauge untilI heard the motor go put, put, pooooo. No kicker, no trolling motor, just oars. It was in the early '70s. We got back to the State Park about midnight. The wives had called the cops, but we arrived before they got there. Anyway and anyhow, I have never fished the Riviera area but most of of So. TX. fishes the same way. Live shrimp is your go to bait. Many different rigs to use with them, YouTube it. All kinds of info. out there. Check with the locals, the locals will have the beach carts. Both on the piers and the beach. Check out the local bait shop, not the big box stores, they are worthless. Good luck.
