You have discovered a treasure trove of a place to fish for those gorgeous rainbows! Stunning coloration that implies a good long time spent in a natural environment! Very healthy, which means that they have a nice underwater grocery store to shop in for meals! Thanks for sharing!
I would have to check with Fish and Game to see what was stocked. I always though that dark red line under the jaw was a cutthroat thing. Apparently there are exceptions. I wonder how many rainbow I have released as cutthroat.
Beautiful colors on the trout. Congratulations!

Looks like WV has some really pretty Rainbow! Great pics!
Both are rainbows and from their colors, they have been in the stream for a while. Get a few more and you will have a great dinner. Add bake potatoes and steam some broccoli.
Great pictures to show differences of the trout.
I don’t know or have heard of cutbows in WV, but I am new to trout
Doesn’t matter what the designation of my trout, it’s my personal best

I hear ya Dav. Matters not. Not at all. Very nice trout regardless of their names. I's just stirring the pot to start a conversation. Hope that's ok? If not, please pardon me and I'll get on down the road.
