Any crappie`s OK! Shoot em with a camera, catch or release no problems! All other fish look good too! All about bragging rights and one big crappie!

New York State, find our black crappie mid summer,fall,in deepest part of lake,40 feet,love jigging with eight or quarter ounce gig,or eight ounce jig on bottom and fathead minnow above,catch 99 percent keepers that deep as u know survival rate isn't good at taking crappie that deep,majority big females,bunch 13,14 inch ,catch a few fifteen plus on each trip.,freezer in good shape for winter,sounds like fun,guys,girls to here from other crappie fishermen and women who love to fish for crappie as much as I do,later
