I've usually got a Classic Rock station on but at pretty low volume, unless a killer song comes on, then I might crank it up.a little.
Most of our lakes are surrounded by houses. So the "nature "sounds you hear are :Circular saws, nail guns, lawn mowers, weed wackers, leaf blowers, kids screaming, dogs barking, parents screaming at their kids, etc, etc ,etc.

I have to have quiet, just because I like to hear any splashing of gators that may be near-by.

I enjoy a wide variety of music...even gave half a dozen vinyl albums a spin today on my old Marantz hi-fi...from the early Beatles to the Jefferson Airplane and Donovan...with some BTO mixed in and and the Best of the Doors along with Creedence Clearwater Revival. Wrapped up with Steve Hackett (formerly of Genesis) with the Voyage of the Acolyte...fun progressive rock!

When it comes to fishing, I actually like things quiet. Lately, at least on the way to fish, I have been tuned into to Sirrius radio "50's Gold". The used truck I bought last year had a subscription and it is still working!

For me, the best sound is no sound! I prefer absolute silence if possible. That's one of the joys of fishing, in my opinion. Just Sayin...RJS

Fred sounds like the 2sections of the Potomac I fish. Campgrounds line the WVa side n that's where the better fishing is. Good thing is if they wasn't there I'd have no docks to fish. Good trade off. Mostly listening to the sounds of nature n the voices in my head. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

I enjoy the silence, or the call of the loons and the whistling of the wings as the only noise in the early hours. I love music, but I can wait until off the water.
Listening to Grizzโ€™ playing Pink Floyd and Metallica on the accordion would be interesting though. Perhaps if he stood on the pier and serenaded us, that would be okay ๐Ÿ˜‚

Hello Danger: I have always wanted to learn to play the Banjo! Did it take you long to play something that people would recognize? Just Sayin...RJS

If that's the case then I can't wait to hear your rendition of the 2nd solo of Comfortably Numb. I'll be prepared to go into a 3 kleenex box depression.๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ฐ๐Ÿ˜ฐ

Name a rock song that has a banjo as one of the instruments. I'll start. Squeezebox, The Who.
