Tight lines
Thank you
Welcome to FS.
What part of De. are you from.
Special note.
You have to get a sportsman number from the state. And if you want a vehicle pass for beaches, you have to get your app. in early.

Top 2 places are conquest rd.& 3r's both are south of Dewey Beach.
Check in at Old Inlet bait and take on rt 1 just reforestation Indian River Inlet. By the way I moved over from Jersey as well but I still fish Lo g Beach Island for striper and blues, as well as NC OBX

Hi Tuna, I live in Ocean View DE. There's good fishing on the beaches between Dewey Beach and the Indian River inlet. Also good fishing in the inlet itself as well as the Indian River Bay. The beaches are Drive on with a surf fishing tag for your vehicle and walk on as well, and the inlet is all walk on.
When the surf is slow there's also a lot of good fresh water fishing with plenty of ponds and small lakes.
Have fun
Vehicle tags for the beach go quick, then they run out.
