Fishing in 12 ft Jon boat.

14' boat sounds good best to fish with only 2 people in boat,liveweel not neede unless you want to keep fish, my self i used an 8' basspro pond master with my friend had no problems,rivers and small lakes had a blast.only had 30#thrust ,next time will get 40.55 #thrust

Vic I have a 9' bass hunter pond boat. Never had anyone with me but it's very stable. I have a 55lb on it n it works great. I've been out with 2 batteries 7 rods tackle bag boat bag cooler net paddle n still had room to stand n cast. Don't take quite that much now. I use to a 17 ' boat 👍
