Would like some info.
Welcome to the Forum, Ffa. Not I, but we do have a lot of CA. members, maybe they will chime in.
Took me three hours to figure out that F. U. was Felix Unger.
I personally haven’t but a good friend from Oregon goes there
He catches some nice fish from shore on his own tied flies
I don’t think he’s done the ladder trick yet
My father in law used to do the ladder trick and it worked pretty well.
He owns a beautiful North River but I think he does it from shore. He's a retired Oregon fish biologist so go figure. He's my go to guy when things aren't working so well

Fishfinaddict: are you fishing in boat or from shore?
I fish their quite often but I’m in a boat. Guys are pretty good with sharing info there. I know they have been doing very well from the shore. Reno Fly Shop would be a very informative call as well. Good luck and send pics! Here’s one of my better ones from there.
TIA. ???
thanks in advance - I think.
didn't take me three hours, but I had to think about it.
F. U. That's an Oscar Madison quote from The Odd Couple.
If you haven't seen it, you should. And if you have, it's worth watching again, take my word for it.
Yeah there's some nice fish. I'm goin. Those are the Lahontan Cutthroats. My understanding is season Oct 1 - June 30. I'll be looking to head there this spring.
I use to fish Pyramid lake near Gorman. Where exactly is the water your talking about? I'm way up north and content will not show up to catch them all but curious where it is.
If in Oregon buzz me.
