Never found them to be any better than the regular ones. and I have used a lot of them.

I think I remember a post on here from a guy who not only swore by them didn’t he construct a special lighted charging box to keep them in?

Seems to me they would be great in stained or muddy water, but I have never tried them. Watching this subject with interest, may be an opportunity to buy even more tackle.

Can’t speak about the hard plastic lures, but I know for a fact the glow soft plastic curly tailed grubs work in salt water at night , in lighted areas better than white , yellow or clear versions of the same bait......My 2cents

Rapala company made a recharge box years ago , specifically to recharge your lure, whether it was hard or soft bait. Works on same principal as your cellphone flash.Took aaa batteries.

I use them and they do work but they don’t make a huge difference during the day. At night they work great for me. I make my own and the sun will charge them up for several hours of night fishing. My headlight with actually charge them up some too. Special solution I add to my plastic mix.

Fished with Brad's lighted wobblers at night for salmon and steelhead. Kick the hell out of them. Only problem is Washington has banned night fishing! If you can find them and fish with him you're going to catch fish!
