Has anyone in northeast OH been steelhead trout fishing yet? If so, where can you go that isn’t catch and release? I am very anxious to try this.

Cincinnati is quite a distance from north east Ohio. I don’t always go fishing on planned dates. But I could give you the names of some areas where you could go Steelhead fishing around this area in the Chagrin River if you like.

Go to ohiodnr.gov and search for Chagrin River. Lake, Geagua, and Cuyahoga counties Steelhead trout fishing map. It will give you several locations. Personally, I would try Daniel’s Park and Dam first. Good luck!!
