How often do you get skunked?

Loc: POMME DE TERRE LAKE MISSOURI
Every time I go to Duck creek half the time I go elsewhere
Maybe once or twice in a season. Usually catch at least one fish every outing.
I mostly fish Muskegon lake.
Almost always the first time on a new lake, learning curve
I fish mostly for musky where seeing a fish or having a follow is celebrated. It makes not catching easier to take
About 3 times a year. About every 25th time I get A fish. ....I'm even counting crap fish as a fish.
Fishing? Never. I don’t always catch fish but I never get skunked.

Almost never get skunked but I don't catch many keepers. This is why I fish for whiting in saltwater. No size limits.
Yesterday was the first time since early April I did not get a fish on the line. Only a couple little bits did not get any hooked not even to one to get off 😢
once or twice a year. Where we fish, there are a lot of Pickeral and if we can't get a Bass, we can usually get a Pickeral.
I fish with an experienced fisherman better than myself so we never have gotten skunked as yet on Lake Roosevelt in Washington. I got to catch my limit of trout on my birthday on the 20th of September. His wife also caught her limit. They all were around eighteen inch long. A couple were over twenty inches. It was blast. We fished in the afternoon so that was nice too. Usually we get going early.
About every third trip to the lake. Same lake because it's close to home. Mostly bass, cats crappy and bluegill. Some pressure. It might lighten up in the fall with the traffic
I have a "no skunk rule" on my boat and I always fish until I catch something. Have had some late days.
