I met some nice people on that bridge. Most would throw straight out. I'd throw back under the bridge n let if drift out. Got some nice sheep head that way. Hooked alot of neddle fish there. Got the big ray at the boat ramp under the bridge. Use to go to other side of Manteo n fish the sound there. Never had much luck but did find great driftwood stump I brought home. Have you ever fished alligator river?
