I do have one but it is not a good pic.also i returned the fish to the lake.We catch gills from 8-11 inches quite often.Also i am not good on the internet.Sorry

I caught a 14 + inch Bluegill from the W.K. Kellogg Bird sanctuary outside of Battle Creek Michigan. Had to spud a second hole next to the one I had the fish hooked in and then join the holes to get it out ! They only let Scout troops fish there in the Winter time thru the Ice.

When I worked at a factory back in the 80s a man named Phil Conyers caught a bluegill that weighed a little over 4lbs. That bluegill was black and round like a skillet. I believe it is still the Kentucky state record.

The largest Bluegill I caught back in 94 was a 15 inch long with a 14 inch girth and weighed 3.1 lbs caught in a farm pond in Frederick MD caught it on a Mepps Comet #2

13 " 1.75 lbs. Had it mounted. Caught in SW Indiana.

Caught one from Saratoga Lake in NY, back in the early 70s, that was 13” long and 9” wide. Nice filets!
