What fishes would be attracted to this lure?

Probably everything but panfish, and even suicidal ones of those.
Fredfish is right. Even big crappies will bust it. I caught two bass at one time on a broken back rapala!

Well said Fred. I had one exactly like that. Read a article that said remove dive bill n fish it topwater. I did n it worked. Cast under anything let it set. Topwater twitch bait. Let ripples fade twitch repeat. Another one of the things that worked 40+yrs ago that i don't use now. Think I'll fix one up again. 🎣🎣
Only the fish that swim in the water!
This is a rebel but similar to Rapala
I’ve caught just about everything that swims in our waters on one of these or jointed rapala
Bass, walleye, hybrid stripers , big bluegill , carp, catfish , drum, white bass. …
German Brown Trout in McCloud but you now can only use a single barbless hook.

Along with the usual bass, pike, muskies and walleye don't forget the trout and salmon species.
flicker shad and rapala work great on anything that swims. Trout bass, walleye, etc.
largemouth and smallmouth bass, northern pike, walleyes, sheephead, sauger, there might be some others maybe some panfish types, that is all I got.Good luck
