I also agree on a Tiger Musky fry
The one thing that leads me towards the walleye is it has two dorsal fins on it's back where as the muskie only has one.

It is a Logperch, related to Yellow Perch and Walleye. Look at double dorsal fin. Does not get much bigger than one in picture if any bigger at all.
