Fingers lock up, hard to see thinner lines, shakiness at times.

Getting old is not for sissies!

Had a knot tyer made from solide brass in the shape of a small pen with a sliding spring loaded sleeve. It was the best. I bought one for me and my dad for pre-dawn walleye fishing. Can't find it now.
Wishing I could if anyone knows the name of it.

Tying knots takes a lot more effort than it used to
I am really anal about my knots.
If it don’t come together perfectly or it don’t look exactly like it should, I’m cutting and re tying.
I have been using more complex knots like the FG , Alberto, San Diego jam etc
Seems I’m doing a lot of re tying alot lately
Anyone else have problems with your fingers not doing what you want

Arthritis is no fun. My left hand is the worse of my two hands. Still I find the UNI knot is easy enough to tie. Between the Uni and the polomar I think I have things covered

Yes, I purchased it.
You can tie cinch & snelled knots in the dark with it.
I bought one for dad. He loved it.

It doesn’t. It aides you by holding the eye and the slot guides your line through it. It helps me in tying by getting the line through the eye quickly. It also holds the hook. Works really well when you have smaller baits.

I got one of those things and couldn't figure it out. Lucky I only tie a few knots but only sure of the name of one, Palomar.

I have the same one. Makes working with a 6X tippet bearable. Can tie multiple knots but I lost the instructions. The tool is on a zip line attached to my fly vest.
Edit. Read on in thread and see that the picture if it showed up.
