Awesome pics AL, looks like you had a great time. The video loaded, you had her eating out of your hand, too bad she didn't t stay for dinner.

Thanks again Yankee blue and I'm glad to hear that the video did load that is the same deer in the first picture of my post she had two fawns and the fawns were on each side of her when I saw her standing there I quietly said to my nephew get your camera out and film this and of course he said oh s*** real loud and scared the babies off but Mama stayed and I got to pet her kind of LOL highlight of my trip

Camp on Silver Lake in early June and Grant was low then. Going back to Silver Lake sometime in June. Our camping spot is only about 30 yards from the lake. Very nice. Glad you had a good time. Love the East Side

Never know what the weather is going to do on the East Side, more than once we take our kayaks over and the wind blows and the kayaks just go for a ride. We camp in spots 24 to 27 hard to get but right on the water.

I know exactly where you're talking about my cousin was in spot 29 for the whole week and you're not a kidding about the wind that kept us off the lake quite a bit even really tough to shore fish that's about the time we all hit the creeks and boy was that fun I only took my little Crawdad boat ranger and it's only about a foot off the water if that no free board so I wasn't taking any chances

Al, we live in an apartment, but have a nice grass area behind our deck and a small wooded area behind that. For 4 years we had a doe that we often come to visit. The last 2 years she would come visit 3 times a day or more often with 2 fawns. They had their own dish and I was going through 50 lbs of deer food every 2 weeks. She would come right up to the deck even if we were sitting there. I haven't seen her since December and I really miss her. Just sayin...

That's awesome stuff Yankee you must be a lot like me and really love those critters I think that deer is one of the most awesome critters of God's creation and it makes me wonder why the guys go out and hunt them in the same sentence I love a good venison steak myself but could never kill one

Yes sir ranger I'll have to agree with that you must be familiar with the pond across the street in the resort campground with all the feeder fish that's where the pictures of the fish in the water came from
