A lot of good eats, is that a rock crab in the first pic. If it is that is jumbo size with sweet tasting meat. Speaking of rolls, a real California sushi roll is crab, avocado and optional salted cucumber. I make those when I get fresh crab, not imitation crab like u get in restaurants. Envious!!
