Fly fishing: What's everyone's opinion on fiberglass for streamer rods?

Pretty self explanatory but I'm curious what everyones thoughts are on the more modern glass rods in that 6-10wt category

Glass is really not modern in my book, as after that came Graphite and now Carbon Fiber.
Depending on the quality and 'what you spend', glass can be good. It's really a personal preference
thing to me. If you can try it out before you buy would be your best bet in my opinion, and see if
you like the feel and action. As for quality and how it holds up... I have/ and had some cheap rods,
that just won't die no matter how much I abuse them:-)
