Do I need more poles or no?

I have all spinning combos. I have a 7' Quantum Optix catfishing combo, a 6'6" Ugly Stik gx2 rod with a lews xs30 reel, and a 6'6" lews xfinity speed spin combo.

My GF and I go fishing together, and go to spots where there are bass, pike, cats, etc. The 7' quantum is a slip sinker rig with nightcrawlers, the ugly stik is a slip bobber rig with nightcrawlers / leeches, and the lews combo is used for whatever we want that day, such as lures, slip sinker, slip bobber, etc.

Do I need another pole? Should I get another pole? We can technically have 3 poles in the water at a time, each... but, that is also a lot to handle lol.

A nice new rod and reel
Whether you need it or not will always make your day!
(New shotguns work well too)

You hang wires on a pole and fish with a rod! :-) Speaking of rods, I have I think seven spinning rods, about ten casting rods and only one power pole on the property!:-) I would encourage you to get more rods!

Out of curiosity i just took count of my inventory in the basement. 37 rods with reels plus 19 extra reels. Probably 15 more rods in my shed. Do i have too many. Probably not beacuse I'm always looking at more 😁😁.

A fisherman can never have too many rods. Just make sure that your wife understands the difference between the hobbies of fishing and collecting fishing equipment.

Exactly. Some of my stuff is at least 50 yrs old. I know my wife doesn't have any shoes or handbags that are that old. Plus none of them have ever put a meal on the table 😂😂

Rods and Reels are like guns and knifes, you can never have enough.

Ranger you could be a long lost brother. When anybody ask what i want for whatever i tell them. Since you can't afford a new truck or boat a nice quality gun or knife will be just fine. Or a gift card to bass pro 👍👍

Dam right. Both grandsons like shoes but they luv guns n knives. Wife gives me crap for always buying them knives. I told her they are an investment. Some are good some are great n some are collectable. Plus they can carry multiple knives only wear one pr of shoes.

One of my most precious memories is when my Grandad gave me my first knife. I think I was six or seven.
