I just watched a cooking program that specializes in Carp and Catfish they have 4 different types of Carp dishes the reason I’m commenting on this is because the other day someone was talking about archery 🏹 shooting for Carp and wanted to know what to do with the catch 🎣🐠to bad he didn’t see this program 👍just saying

Memories!! In the late Fifties Sheldon and I fished for Carp on the Charles River in Boston. Being 12 years old. We caught some and was offered 5 cents a pound by Jewish man. We asked what he did with them? He said he would Pickle them?? All we knew is we had fare home on the MTA and an RC Cola and a couple of Devil Dogs too enjoy!!

Yes I do watch cooking shows my father was a head chef at a golf course and my son is a line chef so again yes I watch cooking shows I do the majority of cooking in my house and I don’t have any problem with it I find some good information on some of the shows but eating carp is not one of those things I would like to eat

My wife watches them all the time so sometimes I watch. The only show I like is that crazy Guy Fiero on Diners, Dives, etc. But rarely do the cooks reveal their recipes

Cook til the brick in tender then throw away the carp and eat the brick!!
