First timer

Took my secretary's son out for his first time ever last nite. For an hour and a half. Black and Blue Salted Large size tube in about 4 feet of water with mixed weeds/sand bottom with Bass beds all over. He just kind of "jigged" it a little and reeled in slowly at times - sheer luck but so many fish, was inevitable. I think he had fun :)
Up in Minnesota in the South Metro - Prior Lake area 67.6 water temp. Was on the same lake Friday and Sunday for over 10 hours and saw hundreds of beds and dozens of fish but only caught 2 small ones - think the pattern is changing now :)

The fishing was superb by the looks of those bass...but the smile...priceless! What a great experience for that young man...building memories that will last a lifetime! Way to go!
