I have a little two man boat I take out. I am looking to save room and hook my Garmin fish finder up to my trolling motor battery. Is this possible? If so what connectors do I need for this?

I do this all the time. Not sure what you have, but if it is the bolt/nut connection just add a simple connector or wrap the wires around the motor connections

Just watch out for interference from the trolling motor.

Purchase two electrical clips from a hardware store and attach to your depth finder wires. Clips on easily to your battery screw posts.

I use a battery from a child’s power wheel. You could probably garbage pick one but they are also available at a battery retailer or on Amazon. Runs the finder all day with no interference and it weighs a pound or two max.

I use the Minkota Battery box control system with 2 posts for the trolling motor and two cigarette lighter plugs that I use for my cellphone and fish finder.. works well in my yak... Paul

Yea you are gonna pick up some noise when TM is running.
Adding chokes and turning down gain will help some but it will most likely always be an issue if sharing a battery
