Going to give that a try Ben. Very much like what I currently use but am always open to new ideas. Sometimes think I’ve found the ultimate when something more is out there.

Everglades makes a whole line of seasonings... I use the Everglades Heat when grilling fish. Has a good bite. Everything I have tried of theirs has been great.
