Do you pay monthly for your fishing license or did you buy a lifetime fishing license?

After65 here in West(BG)Virginia, no license is required, just Drivers License. In most states, former POW are not required to have a license, but that is a tough way to go. Most times, a yearly is cheaper in the long run that buying a couple of weekly, monthly or special type.

yes at any age. so the Younger the better. I was 43 when I got mine and this July I will be 74, saved a lot of money over the years. In the beginning they mailed it to me but now I go online and order it and they send it to me.

That's what I got last year 3 year fishing and hunting license. That was right before they raised it $6 a year 😁

California has a lifetime and its expensive. 579.25 for a 70 year old.

yes that is a lot for old farts like me. you need to be a a young whipper snapper for it to pay.

Arkansas requires you to go to DNR headquarters in Little Rock for a disabled license.
All licenses are for 1 year, except LIFEtime. People 65 and older are eligible for a reduced fee lifetime license which can include a lifetime trout license.
