I just started throwing these and have tried a couple trailers. The keitechs were trash. The rage ones were good. What do you use?

I actually think that Keitech FAT impact swing 4.8" actually hold up pretty well against striped bass. Usually i can land a few fish before replacing. I sometimes even re-rig them upside down to get some extra use out of them. Because they come in black, they are my most common nighttime swimbait.

Yum pulse swimbaits are the best I have come across. Durable and fantastic action. They have a pearl white one which is my most commonly used daytime swimbait.

I was using a 4in and the tails seemed to be getting ripped off after every nibble

For the past three years I've been using Zoom Super Chunks for bladed jig trailers with great success.
