Anybody know when the sand fleas return to the Mid- Atlantic beaches? Use them for pompano

Mikey9001: You have to go and find out. All living things take in nurishment sometime. Fish probably eat at least every 24 hours, and most are going to feed even more often. The secret is offering what they most often eat, such as shrimp, minnows, other small things that are common for your area. Just Sayin...RJS
