It's a Wiper. Strippers never have broken lines and it's way too fat to be a White Bass.

You're certainly entitled to your opinion. We will just have to agree to disagree. Those laterals aren't actually broken up like a Hybrid's are.

Maybe you should go to, Umpqua River Basin, Coos Bay or Coquille River & Catch one so you know what one looks like.

White bass , note the description of "Faint lines ".
Mike's fish has dark lines, not "Faint ".
