How do you guys go about casting in small quarters when you’re surround by bush and trees? Any videos and advice would be great.

I believe it's called roll casting, though I can't seem to do it well

Yup, a roll cast will get the job done. Very effective

Look up youtube videos on roll cast, snake rolls, steeple cast, bow and arrow or slingshot cast. Also a shorter rod helps in these situations.

Aside from roll casts and such, and I don't know if this has a name or not, but I will often use a sort of backhand cast where I throw downstream to let my line out and then flip it back upstream (a light haul can help) with a backhanded motion.
Not very accurate, but it works well in certain situations that allow it. Aim the backhand several feet higher than you anticipate as the fly will often roll out at the end and if you aim too low it just piles up when it lands.

Depending on how cramped the quarters are...
Most of my fishing I now use spey casting techniques, whether I'm fishing a single handed rod or two hander (I do a lot of ultralight spey stuff these days)
You can develop a D-loop out ahead of your body with enough practice, and be able to cast right up with a wall or brush touching your back. Distance may be compromised, but if you're on waters that hemmed in, distance is probably not the major factor here.
Otherwise I use a lot of bow & arrow casts - we're talking casting to a spot less than 2 rod lengths away.
My go-to casts are the snap-T, circle spey, and perry poke - the later being the most commonly used cast.

If u have side room side arm cast on a low plane will work , although in tight quarters the roll or bow n arrow cast work best by far !
DT lines are a good choice in close since their gradual tapers allow u to load rod quicker then WF lines ! In fact they are a better line for most sm to mid size stream presentations
Short Rod...... I actually use a 38” ice rod with low profile baitcaster for close quarters, able to get under trees and around brush

Not sure why fly fishermen jumped on this one, since the question never stated flygear selection. I would simply say, short rod, low side-whip cast. Going from tip being just off the ground behind, to a release @ waist to chest high. The arc of travel being only about 90°+, not the normal of 120°-180°.
The above advice from others is fly fishing exclusive,.... unless you can figure out how to do a "bow & arrow cast" with a spinning or level-wind set up, that goes more than 15 or 20 feet. In which case,.... do tell, please.... you might become famous !
