Seems that nobody fishes in this state?

Well after making a statement like that I can see why you don’t put your location in your profile.

Thanks Lionel. Was thinking of heading out there this week....weather pending. Was at Skinner last week. Water was as low as I have ever seen it there, and 90% of reeds were out of water. I would guess about 10-15 ft down.

For me trout. Maybe something I'd want to eat. For sure a bass or two if I were out with you. Squawfish? Give me a break. Maybe. If I was trying to catch squawfish.

saw1 was just fishing and catching about 6 weeks ago on the Petaluma River. There have been a few others slaying the Striped Bass on the Napa River. Didn't some guy just post a CA State Record Crappie last week?

That was me that posted the story. That was not me that caught the fish. But I've been fishing at least 6 times since the first of the year. Who knows what this guy was talking about? He should speak up for his self, don't you think?

Chico. Water levels extremely low. Best wait for the halibut to come back in to Tamales Bay
