I can’t tell you exactly where we were but we would fish at night. We would hang a light off of the stern and free line a live shad in the bait fish that would come to the light. We had only a few feet of line out. When the striper came to feed, we’ll hang onto your hat. We kept the drag loose and only tightened it as the striper began to run.
