I'm in the FL Panhandle and live on the Blackwater River. During this time of the year (Winter), I bounce these HOMEMADE blade baits off the +/- 30' bottom of the river and load the boat with White Trout. These things, at 1/4 oz, get to the bottom extremely fast even during swift running water.

What does a white trout look like. Sorry I live in the mountains of Idaho and grew up in Wyoming. I guess I could just google it. Duh! 🥴

I got me a blade bait mold and have been playing around with it trying to paint some of them. Going to use them for sauger and walleye.

Nice job. You should make those and sell em. I’d buy some for sure. I use blade bait for my fishing job in the summer quite a bit. None look as good as yours.

Well, they're NOT spoons. And be careful of the ones sold on Amazon if they're a funny name beginning with an "S."
