Hi ! Welcome to our Forum ! Two places I often recommend to 'newbies' to search for needed information are their state's Fish and Game website (or its equivalent) and/or a website called All About Fishing.com, which gives you scads of info by state, locale and species ! There are also a few Forum members who might be able to give you current, up-to-date tips on what locations are 'hot' for whatever species you may be targeting ! You should get some input quickly once someone from your area reads your post ! Good luck !
