Help me spend $50 on tackle

I know this $50 will disappear in an instant, but would love the suggestions. I grew up doing a lot of pond fishing, but have been away from fishing for awhile.
I just bought a fishing kayak and would love to hear your suggestions of what I should spend my Dick's gift card on. Like I said, I know it won't last long at all.
I just found my old tackle box, but looking to start fresh. So let me know what you think I should buy!

- Berkeley havoc pit boss craws red color.
- 2 strike king bitsy big jigs one red/orange, one blue/black.
- 2/0 straight shank hooks ( for senkos).

A decent headlamp, fish rod repair kit, unfortunately that will probably use up all $50 at a place like that.

Well at first I had a few ideas.
Some people buy worm/fish/frog shaped mold kits. They come with a worm shaped mold and some rubber that can be melted. Add a little color,glitter, garlic smell and you got yourself a self made lure. Make custom colors for friends.
Buy the good glow paint (containing strontium aluminate 8hr glow) and paint the top 4 inches or so of your pole so you can see bites easier during night fishing
Haha I’ve repaired a broken tip or two and remounted a few eye hooks. Both kits just use a simple glue or hot glue stick but a clear UV resistant epoxy resin will work best for permanent repairs.

A few worm hooks( Mustad), your choice of worms( fire and ice), (motor oil), 1/4 oz bullet weights, a few1/8 and1/16 oz jig heads with strike king ( hot chicken and shad colored bodies, and two shad colored 10 ft diver crank baits. If you have any cash left over get a few slip corks and # 2 Aberdeen hooks for crappie

Add a whopper plopper 90 to your list. Bone colored. The thing is deadly on pond bass. Small and large mouth

Look at Academy they have some great clearance prices. Spend less fish more .

Various soft baits including Keitech paddle tails and Yum Dingers in various colors in blue and green with red specks, also hooks including 3/0 narrow gap , drop shot hooks in 1 and 1/0, fluorocarbon leader material -8lb, drop shot weights. They routinely have sales on Keitech paddle tails -buy 3 and get 4th free.

3 Inch Mr. Twister curly tails with gold fleck. 1/8th and 1/4 oz. jig heads, color irrelevant, but I always get red or plain lead. I have caught more fish spp. with this set up than all the lures in my tackle boxes.

#6,# 4, #2 circle hooks: hook worm in nose or middle (whacky worm). Just let line go tight when taken by fish; Lift the rod tip. DO NOT STRIKE! Circle hooks are required in some states, especially for trout and game fish with imposed slot sizes & salt water fishing. Use with any bait, live or dead, as well.

That being said, depends on the fish and their mood. I recommend the traditional fish call, “here fishy, fishy, fishy!” A quick prayer to powers that be, and a little of this and a little of that.
I buy what I think I would eat if I were a fish. Depending on the conditions, and the fish’s mood, a little of this and a little of that. My tackle consists of natural looking bait, bright colors,various sizes, and shapes. Some top water, deep and mid lures. But it depends on your luck and if the fishing gods liked your fish call.
