Has anyone used the "Bubble" Purge product that is for purging air bubbles from your hydraulic steering system? I believe I have air in the system and want to take care of it w/o taking to a dealership.
Thanks!

Hey C W, I put a Seastar hyd system in my 28 Luhrs back in the '80s. After the initial filling of the system,I believe the final purge was simply cranking it to full lock in each direction, and putting heavy pressure on the wheel when you reach full lock. Doing this in each direction several times worked the final bubbles out.
How old is your system? Newer ones may have a different procedure.
