Saw seems to swear by Bleeding gills Rattle Traps, in the river anyway. When I schoolie fished in the salt, I used jointed Rebels, small Bucktails with a pork rind trailer, and smaller spoons like Hopkins or Kastmasters in 1/2to 1oz sizes. They should work in freshwater too.
Will give those a try Fred. Thanks for the info. Stictly frest water lakes for stripers around these parts. Hear a lot about chicken livers, anchovies, and silver spinners around here.
