HOLY S---. I think I would have cleaned them myself before I would have paid that. But that's just me.
Great lookin fish though brother.
The long range boats don't cut fish on board. They are met at the dock by a number of processors who you assign your fish off to and they cut and bag them . You then go to their office in a day or 2 and pick it up. They will ship it as well. You don't have a vehicle big enough or the time to load a dozen or more whole big blue fin (toro) and yellow fin (ahi) and yellow tail (Hamachi)-hundreds of pounds- drag them home and spend many many hours (after a few days at sea) cutting them. I will generally take 1 home and cut it myself. Processors are the way to go. Got another 2.5 day trip set in 3 weeks. See "Fisherman's Landing" and "H&M Sportfishing"

Wow brother. That's more fish than I would really want. But I guess that's the whole idea of goin out on one of those boats to begin with is to be able to get that much fish.
Hope you get into them like that again if you go out. Tight lines.
