A decent morning

I get up early...around 5am. Had a cup of coffee and at 6:30 decided to go hit the pier for a couple hours. Nobody there but me which is a dream come true for around here.Had a decent morning. Caught some pinfish and threw them back out.
Ended up with 3 redfish before I had to leave and decided to snap a pic of the last one I caught to post here since pics are in demand lol. I also picked up a nice net, 7 shiny circle hooks and a nice spoon. People fishing at night leave all kinds of things on the pier. I've even found rod and reels left there lol.

Pretty fish. Pin fish, pogies, croaker and cocohoe minnows are all favorites of redfish. Love the blue on the tail.

24" Snook,reds and trout are all shut down until may since south of us has a major fish kill last year with red tide.
