I remember watching Saturday Night Wrestling when I was a kid. They had some great characters back then. Of course, back then, I thought it was real.

When I lived in Seattle my friends dad would take us to the matches there.
I can go way back myself. Hulk hogan and the undertaker had their earliest matches, I mean just started, in a livestock sales barn in Hattiesburg,Ms. some of the greats passed through there. Ted Debiase the Free Birds Flare hay stack Calhoun the medics the blue Yankees pork chop cash chief strongbow jimmy snucka many more. Showing my age.
How about Eddie Graham, Sputnik Monroe, The Great Melinko. MC was Gordon Soley if I remember correctly.

Guess there’s no doubt that Hogan’s the man, according to some. The Rock, stone cold, cena all ok. But don’t forget these greats, Sting, Dusty, Dick Murdock, Stan Hansen, Anderson’s, Dugan, Savage, Superstar Graham, Valient, JYD, Bill watts, Wahoo, the Funks on and on.
