We have millions of them in every stream creek river and lake in Alabama. We catch them by the hundreds. Really good sweet eating. It is definitely a BLUEGILL

We have those in the Baron Fork & illinois river here which means they are in the Arkansas river system. We call them "warmouth" or "goggleye". Really good eating. I know some people that call them rock bass because they like staying around larger rocks. Good luck & tight lines
