Hadn't thought about that! I'll bet that's what's been goin on with me and the skunk. I've probably caught all kinds o fish since the first of the year, they're just lettin themselves go.

Winter time fish are good at that. Happens to all of us. We all catch a bunch. We just don’t know it. The bite is really quiet. I mean the worms are gone after a while right? Something took em.😂

Sometimes I think my wife secretly took scuba lessons and is down there unhooking them so's I get discouraged and go home early.

My wife's pretty good bout it, she likes to go with me, doesn't fish but enjoys going, she'll say "come on, we need to get out of here".

Maybe there is some fine print on the package of hooks about them being self releasing. I will have to take my glasses with me next time.
