Well hello neighbor! We may have to get together and wet some lines when this whole thing blows over!

Welcome aboard Sue. Sounds like a beautiful place you’re from. Tight lines always.

Welcome fishing girl from Brian Leffler AKA: Sharky, from Fairport N.Y. All we have here is the barge canal, the bay, Great Lake Ontario, and finger lakes, but, no Crabs! So, that being said if you ever want to ship some my way you would make my daughter the happiest girl in N.Y.! Happy fishing!

Hello ya all. I am currently in Texas but my home is in Wyoming. I am a walleye fanatic when in Wyoming. I am fortunate to own a 621 Ranger Fisherman rigged up to chase the elusive walleye. Here in the Lone Star State I have spent numerous hrs here in Texas when I am not working going out charter fishing for red snapper, sea trout and red-fish. I did manager to catch over 100 red snapper in the 8 times I went out and one ended up weighing in at 32 pounds. Nothing but fun. Yes, there is a daily limit of 6 in the Gulf of Mexico.

FishingGirl - I used to fish in the Potomac for catfish all the time. My best friends had a home and boat at the end of Gunston Road near Gunston Hall (home of George Mason). Their address is Mason Neck. Caught three different species of catfish there over 17 years. Retired and moved back to NC in 2013. I lived in Burke, VA and was minister at a church in Springfield. Loved living there. Glad you’ve joined the FS. I look forward to hearing about the fishing at Northern Neck!
