How did you have the flukes set up?
Beautiful area you are fishing.

ms I fish the fluke three ways
I start out weightless,if no success,
I clip on a very light split shot about 12 to 15 inches above the hook, the weight will bounce off the bottom, but the fluke will mostly float above it
still no success i move the split shot down to the hook,so that the fluke bounces off the bottom
if these methods dont work
I figger they aint bitin flukes
so I get out my centipedes and fish them a while
if they aint bitin flukes or centipedes
,I figger they aint bitin
and get out the wheaties and try for carp

I'm sure I could catch the carp & catfish. When I try to fish for bass, seems like my line will snag and end up having to break it. I guess I could try topwater fishing. Sure I'll still get snagged though.
