You're probably talking about CDC. Spelled out it's cul de cunard, which is French for a duck's butt feathers. I use them to tie teeny little midge flies.

You talking “Sweet Marabou Treats”? Very effective way to catch many different species of fish. I’ve been tying and twitching jigs with marabou for 35 years. Always used weighted jig and tied different colors. Marabou by itself is buoyant, but I’ve found that one wants a little weight for success. Tight lines
